Lazy Penguin Studio is a small indie game studio founded in 2025 by Christian — a lifelong gamer, esports nerd, and spreadsheet enjoyer. Our mission? To build games that combine real-world depth with playful, creative energy.

Our debut title, Rush B: Esport Manager, is set to launch in 2026. It’s a love letter to Counter-Strike and esports culture, putting you in full control of managing a pro CS team. From scouting raw talent to managing egos, optimizing training schedules, handling sponsors, and chasing trophies—realism meets ridiculous micromanagement, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’re not a big studio. We don’t have VC money. But we do have passion, years of esports experience, and a stubborn belief that simulation games can be both deep and fun. We’re building Rush B with love, data, memes, and way too many Google Sheets.
